The Mindset Running
Coach

You don't need to chase high mileage.
You do need to build a new identity.

What is it you are looking for from running?
To run fast?
To get fit?
Maybe it is to gain self respect.
Maybe it is to align with your values of health and vitality.
When you take on a running coach, it is usually for a few reasons
- Accountability
- Guidance
- To simply have someone in your corner who you can talk to.
Whatever your reason, I believe having a guide or a coach is great for taking your relationship with running (and yourself) to another level.

Most coaches give you a generic training plan, I give you a specific training plan and a mental transformation so you can continue to improve.

How I did it

2016: 26 minutes for 5km.
Gasping for air.
Heavy legs.
Thinking I was going to be sick.
Feeling out of place.

2025: 17 minutes for 5km.
Running is part of my identity.
It's who I am.
What changed?
Not my genetics.
Not my talent.
I CHANGED HOW I SAW MYSELF.
I stopped telling myself I that I was slow and that I didn't belong.
I started building self-respect and mental resilience.
Once my mindset shifted, so did my body.

This is what separates the runners who plateau from the ones who stay focused

FAQ

Q: How is this different from other running coaches?
A: Most coaches focus on pace and mileage on a generic plan. I focus on the mindset and identity work that actually drives improvement. You'll get a training plan, but more importantly, you'll get a transformation in how you see yourself as a runner.
Q: What if I don't see results?
A: If you commit to the program and complete all the trainings, I'm supremely confident you will see results because it is based on my own transformation. However, if we don't see results, we will reassess and move forward with a change of approach.
Q: Can I do this if I am a beginner?
A: Yes, as long as you are committed to the process of bringing about authentic change and personal growth.
Q: How much time do I need to commit?
A: Your training plan is personalized to your schedule. The weekly call is 30 mins. The rest is your daily running and mental work (5-10 mins daily) as well as time spent reading materials I provide. More than a time commitment, there is an emotional, mental, physical and financial commitment from myself as a coach and you as an athlete. Fully committed athletes will see growth in all areas of their Life, not just running.
